A Holiday Delight, made directly for you! Made from Organic Dutch Process Cocoa and Peppermint Syrup mixed into unrefined sugar and Reverse Osmosis Water until the perfect flavor and consistency. The Mint flavor can also be adjusted between an Andes mint Chocolate to Peppermint Patties. Default is generally in between. This goes fantastically over a good vanilla ice cream but is also lovely in a good dark roast coffee, smoothing out harsh flavors but not overpowering the coffee’s natural flavors.

Considered by some to be the most useful flavor, Caramel is an all-rounder. Its good in Coffee. It good on deserts, on baked goods and cooked into them as well. Caramel is the flavor that makes everything sweeter. Using unrefined sugar, it is slowly cooked until caramelized then made into a syrup with RO water, salt and Vanilla extract for a deeper flavor. An Artisan’s Dream! Pistachio syrup was made popular by the big brands but they only carry it seasonally. I carry it year round and for a good reason. Pistachio is a delicate and refined taste and texture that only a home crafted syrup can truly capture. Those big box syrups can only come close using their “Natural Flavors”.
I make the syrup by steeping the Pistachios in the syrup base for a hefty amount of time before adding some salt and citric acid to brighten the flavor. Bottled Hot and inverted for a perfect seal. Enjoy this syrup whenever you want to feel extra fancy and extra cozy!
