Welcome to Ian’s Elixirs, a small-batch syrup business. I started making syrups for my friends and family about three years ago and found that even those syrups that we are all used to have so many unnatural ingredients. So, I founded the company in the latter part of 2025 to give everyone the chance to have clean, truly natural ingredients.

A little about myself. I am a degreed Chemist with over a decade of experience in differing fields, but never once thought I would end up in food. My background taught me the precision and reagents make everything, so that is what I strive to achieve. The best syrups, using only the best ingredients, free from artificial colors, harsh additives, unnatural preservatives. And to top things off, my Syrups are always bottled in glass, to remove as much plastic from the experience.

From the beloved Toasted Vanilla and Hazelnut to more uncommon flavors like Rose and Pistachio, my syrups are made to elevate your dining experience, whether it be coffee, ice cream, tea, baked goods and everything in between.
